I hear Output has a no photo policy. Can I take photos at my event?

It's true. During our public music events, Output has a no photo policy. This is to create distraction free environment, focused on the communal experience of music. 

Social event clients (birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, etc.) MAY take photos. 

Corporate, Marketing and PR events MAY take photos, but some restrictions apply. Please discuss these restrictions with the Director of Special Events.

I thought Output was a Dance Club. When are you open for private events?

Output is open for private events any time (morning, noon or night), as long as the space is not currently booked. The schedule below is the typical schedule for public, nightlife events in each space. Exceptions apply. Please submit an event form for inquiries about event dates + times.

Thursday 10 p.m. - Friday 6:30 a.m.
Friday 10 p.m. - Saturday 6:30 a.m.
Saturday 10 p.m. - Sunday 6:30 a.m.

The Panther Room + Perch Bar:
Thursday 10 p.m. - Friday 6:30 a.m.
Friday 10 p.m. - Saturday 6:30 a.m
Saturday 10 p.m. - Sunday 6:30 a.m.
Sunday 10 p.m. - Monday 6:30 a.m.

What time can we arrive?

Output is flexible about arrival times as long as a staff member is on site and the arrival doesn’t conflict with another event. Discuss needs with the Director of Special Events.

What time will our event end?

Start and end times are always event specific. The Event Order will state the event end time. If changes need to be made, the Director of Special Events can help. Output is available to book for special events 24 hours each day, provided the event does not interfere with another booking,

What about sound/music for our event?

Designed and installed by FUNKTION-ONE, Output's sound system is the best in the world. Hosts may provide a DJ or request assistance for the Director of Special Events. Clients are never charged a fee for use of the AV system.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

All alcohol must be provided and served by Output.

Is the building heated and air conditioned?

YES!  There is also a gas fireplace in The Panther Room.

FOOD AND BAR

Can we use a different caterer?

Output partners with Dish Food and Events to provide clients with catering for all budgets. However, guests may choose to work with a caterer of their choice. The Director of Private Events must be informed 48 hours in advance.

Can we provide our own appetizers to save on costs?

Yes. The Director of Private Events must be informed 48 hours in advance.

Can we have a cash bar?

Yes. Clients selecting a cash bar must meet food and beverage minimums.

Design

When can we drop off decor? How long can we leave it there?

Decor is usually brought in on the day of the event.  All decor must be dropped off in advance.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, all decor and supplies must be removed the same day as the event.

Can we bring our own furniture?

Absolutely!!  Please be sure to coordinate drop-off and pickup times with the Director of Special Events.

Can we hang stuff?

Clients may decorate as desired, but are responsible for any damages. The Director of Special events must be alerted 48 hours in advance.
